Payment is required at the time of each visit. We accept Bacs transfers, cash or cheques.
Private Health Insurance Bupa UK, Aviva, Axa/PPP
Osteopathy patients claiming through these insurance providers are not required to pay at time of visit, however you must ensure that you’re pre-authorisation is in place before commencing treatment, and you must confirm with your insurance provider directly whether your policy has an excess payable. A credit/debit card will be taken from Bupa patients to keep on file for any outstanding amounts that Bupa do not pay for your treatment.
Bupa International, Standard Life, Cigna, PruHealth, and others
Patients claiming through any other private healthcare are required to pay at each visit. You will then be provided with a receipt to claim the cost back from your insurer directly. It is the patient's responsibility to ensure they have arranged permission from their private health insurer to visit the clinic prior to their visit to ensure they will be able to reclaim the cost later on.
Cancellations
Appointments cancelled within 24hrs will incur a £20 charge.
